Candide Contractor LLC designed and built a natural pool for our back yard in Fairfield. Candide and Elizabeth, our main contacts, were always on top of all tasks, obtained all permits and were able to complete the bulk of the work before the winter freeze. We are excited for the finishing touches to be completed this spring and look forward to enjoying our chemical free natural pool for many years to come. We highly recommend their services.

Candide Contractor constructed a 1,200 gallon raised Koi pond and waterfall for us. He was quick to respond to our request for a proposal, personally came to our home and met with us to make sure he understood our wishes, and provided us a complete, fair and accurate proposal. He was very knowledgeable and experienced with this type of project and provided us a start and completion date. His crew and Candide arrived as promised and commenced work right away always leaving the site clean and safe each evening. The time frame was very quick and at one point he had an emergency at another client to attend to that required him to ask us if he could suspend our work for a few days, he personally discussed the issue with us and we agreed to a new time frame. The new time frame was met to all of our expectations. Candide would come by the site consistently to manage his crew and make sure that we were happy with the project. His crew were respectful and did excellent work. Candid always returned calls and e-mails promptly. We love our new pond and our fish seem to as well. I am in the commercial real estate development business and would place Candid Contractor at the top in my contact list.

I was greatly pleased by the quality of the work you and your crew performed at our church. The front patio and steps were broken and losing structural integrity and the steps from the street to the lower parking lot were unsightly and dangerous.
I am now able to behold a transformation that is quite stunning. The steps from the lower parking lot are wider and each step has an embedded light that allows one to see at night. At the top is a new light post that adds much needed light and is quite attractive. The patio and steps to the church are beautifully refurbished.
The quality of the stonework in both areas is such an upgrade over what we had before. I should also point out that I am grateful that the costs projected at the inception of the project are exactly what we paid when finished - no surprises. You also did some additional work free of charge which my colleagues on the Board appreciated. From inception to completion, you were a complete joy to work with. I would gladly hire you again should the need arise.
